The owners Claudine and Patrice will welcome you in this spacious cottage, located in the town of Docelles, halfway between Epinal and Gérardmer.
17 km from Epinal: city of images, and 26 km from Gérardmer, its lake and its ski resort La Mauselaine.
Ideal cottage to relax or to visit the region with family or friends. Cottage that can accommodate up to 5 people.
On the ground floor:
- Entrance leading to a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, 4-burner gas hob).
- Separate toilet, bathroom (washing machine).
- Living room / dining room dining area and relaxation area; TV, fireplace.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms.

Private terrace (direct access from the living room) with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. (adjoining the terrace of the owners' second gîte)
