On the west coast of the island, 200 meters from the ocean and 800 meters from the famous port of La Cotinière, this wooden villa is a fabulous refuge where calm, gentleness and hospitality reign.
Passing the front door, an equipped kitchen with tropical notes invites you to escape for the senses. Separated by a through a wood stove there is a cocoon-like living room. Very bright and welcoming, this central room with notes of camel and ivory invites you to peaceful evenings with family or friends. The bamboo blinds enhance the overall atmosphere of the whole and provide adventure areas.
Associated with these first two rooms, a first bedroom equipped by a bathroom opens onto the rear of the garden. A hallway then leads to the sleeping area consisting of an imposing master bedroom equipped with its bathtub. Finally, a third bedroom associated with its bathroom offers the luxury of an office space hidden behind an elegant glass roof. This space can be transformed into a sleeping area thanks to a judicious arrangement of two 90cm beds. Connected to the garden, it is a space of choice for the youngest.
At the bottom of the garden there is an independent studio ideal for continuing the invitation to travel.
The exterior, decorated with endemic's species of the Island, stands out like the velvet setting of a long heated swimming pool. A pleasantly oriented terrace, an outdoor shower, as well as a summer lounge combine and encourage relaxation or long summer evenings outside.
