With a surface of 45 m2 this accommodation is very functional and comfortable with 3 rooms including a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet, sink, one equipped with a washing machine. In the large bedroom there is a bed for 2 persons (140x190) and a large mezzanine with single bed (90 x 190) reserved for children and young adults. Not allowed to children under 6 years old.
The living room dining room is also equipped with a large mezzanine (details identical to that of the large room). The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa for 4 people.
The bedding of the apartment is new and the mattresses of optimum quality.
The total number of people with children can not exceed 6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, MW ovens and rotating heat-grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, all crockery for 6 people.
At disposal for a baby, a cot with all the comfortable and recent bedding + high chair.

The summer leisure center at Lac de Passy is 8 km away.
