Charming furnished apartment with air conditioning in each room (T2 of 41 m²) classified 3 stars, completely renovated and equipped, on the second floor of a private two-story building in a quiet and sunny area in the heart of the famous Mazarin district.
Ideally located in the immediate vicinity on foot of the Cours Mirabeau, the Granet Museum, the Fontaine des Quatre Dauphins, the Caumont Art Center, the Saint Jean de Malte church and the shops and restaurants of Rue d'Italie.
You will benefit from a living-dining room with a Smart TV, DVD player, Hifi system, a fully equipped kitchen, an independent bedroom (double bed 160 x 200), bright with dressing room-wardrobe and an office.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, storage unit, hair dryer and towel dryer.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Summary: My husband and I have stayed at this apartment twice. It is in a great location, just a very short walk from Cours Maribou, but also quiet. The apartment has everything you need to cook and be comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we co.e to Aix.
