Positive: It is well-situated and very nice. Had everything we needed. Street parking in front of the building was great over the weekend but was a bit more challenging on Monday. It is a nice quiet neighbourhood. Grocery store and restaurants nearby.

Negative: We had to use ‘Sum Up’ for a charge (not a hold) of 500€ to cover any possible damages. It was reimbursed at the end of our stay but because we used a Canadian credit card, we ended up losing about $18 CAD due to differences in exchange rates. We also had to leave 20€ in cash for towels. This is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. Key pick up time needs to be arranged.

Summary: We had a lovely stay.
