The blue slope and the Télévillage lift, which connects you to the Alpe d'Huez ski lifts, are about 150 m away. Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance; you can leave the car. The diverse ski area of Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine is one of the largest ski regions in France. Thanks to 240 km of pistes, skiers and snowboarders of all levels can find a piste that meets their needs. The name 'Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine' has replaced the previous title 'Les Grandes Rousses'. During the summer it's also vibrant with mountain sports activities; there are many hiking and cycling routes. The Alpe d'Huez is primarily known for the beautiful competition that takes place here during the Tour de France. Enjoy the warm sun in the Alps and the beautiful views from the different terraces. Chalet de Louis is a fairly new and semi-detached chalet apartment, located in the heart of Huez Village 1500. Everything is built in the local style with lots of wood and quality materials and it exudes class. The interior is attractive, comfortable and contemporary; an excellent holiday address for a relaxing winter sports holiday. The chalet apatment of approx. 130 m2 is spread out over two floors. On the first floor, the chalet apartment has an attractive and comfortable living room with TV and a very complete open kitchen, where you can also do laundry. You can dry your skis in the ski lockers with ski boot warmers (shared with chalet-apartment de Sarenne). On the second floor, you will find four bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, two of which have a double bed, one with two single beds and one with two bunk beds. The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Outside, you will find two terraces (approx. 20 m2) with garden furniture. On one of the terraces, enjoy the view from the hot tub over the surrounding (snowy) mountains. A private parking space is at your disposal at the chalet apartment. Other cars can be parked approximately 70 m from the chalet apartment. Chalet de Louis is perfect for a great and relaxing winter sports holiday in 'Le Grand Domaine'!
