On a park of 5000 m² nestled in nature, with direct access to the marine river, you will enjoy the calm and the changing landscape, at the rhythm of the tides, with as only visible neighbors seagulls, herons, swans, egrets, etc... the site is indeed a mini natural reserve populated by many species of birds.
The cove of Kerandraon is an "aber" of the Odet river: an "aber" is both the estuary and the river, where sea and freshwater landscapes intertwine, providing a calm and soothing atmosphere.
You will enjoy all the comforts with 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, the 2nd equipped with a bath and a toilet), fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and separate toilet.
The terrace, the living room, the kitchen and 2 of the 3 bedrooms are facing south facing the cove of Kerandraon.
A Jacuzzi 6-seater spa, heated to 37°, will allow you to relax while enjoying the view (temperature and power of the adjustable jets).
A canoe 2/3 seats + lifejackets is at your disposal (on demand).
