My beautiful apartment of about 80 m² is perfect to welcome you in family or between friends. It is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideally located, close to the village and its shops, 8 minutes driving distance to Megève-La Princesse cable-car and 10 minutes from the ski slopes by car. In summer and winter, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the Mont-Blanc from the balcony.

The accommodation has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped functional kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue & raclette machines) and a nice living room with a TV to relax after a long day in the mountains. You will also have a BALCONY giving a spectacular VIEW on the valley, Mont-Blanc range, Les Houches and Megève ski pists.
As the apartment is located on the 3ᵉ floor, an elevator will be at your disposal.
You can enjoy 2 covered (unallocated) parking places.
You will be close to the village, all its shops, pedestrian streets, and various ski rental services such as INTERSPORT COMBLOUX at 5 min by car and Skimium - RIDING ZONE (at 4 min by car)! The ski lifts to access the slopes are also easily accessible (Télécabine de Bouchet at 2 min by car) and you will also find the famous Plan d'eau Biotope, which is one of the main attractions in the area, at only 6 min by car. The Lac de Passy is a 20 minute drive away, for various activities such as swimming at Mont-Blanc Plage and go-karting at Mont-Blanc Passy.
