Positive: A beautiful apartment right in the centre of the old town - a great location. The apartment was well kitted out with washing machine and dishwasher, water pressure was good in the shower and the hosts communicated really well from start to finish. The beds were comfortable and it was a great place to relax in the afternoons and evenings after some sightseeing.

Negative: For people with mobility problems, the apartment is up three flights of a winding staircase - not an issue for us and we were aware of that with the booking.

Summary: A beautiful apartment in the old town of Annecy, with views over the rooftops.
