Location: in a cute little hamlet of Orelle (Orellette), with a view of the mountains, sunny southern slope, at an altitude of 1200 meters (not too high to sleep well!), in peace and nature.
Quick access (Chambéry - St Michel de Maurienne highway 45 mins, plus 10 mins after the highway exit).
Very functional, bright and comfortable apartments (label 3 épis Gîte de France for 6 and 8 people but effective capacity 7 or 10).
+ "Le Certoux", large studio with cabin, up to 4 people, not labeled, not detailed below, which can make a capacity of about twenty people.
Large games room or common meeting room. Free parking in the hamlet and the cable car.
Oréades 1: 6/7 people on 1 level (55m2)
Oréades 2: 8/10 people on 2 levels (55m2 + 20m2 under roof between 80 and 180cm).
Each apartment (they are not communicating from the inside), has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower) with wc, a living-dining room with a real kitchen, a balcony, access to the garden, barbecue ... . The two accommodations are fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, raclette oven, fondue pot, complete crockery, iron, hairdryer , TV, DVD player, bluetooth audio docking station ....). Free WIFI but under conditions of good use. No smoking. Animals not accepted.
Large games room (shared by several apartments), with table football, table tennis and children's games. It can also be used for meetings.
Beds made on arrival, no need to provide sheets and duvets.
Possibility to rent the whole house and eat all together in the large apartment.
Rental price from € 580 per week, depending on apartment, number of people and period.
Outside school holidays, possibility of overnight rental (minimum 2 nights), price on request.

Be careful, you are not in Val Thorens with its hectic nightlife, its paying car parks and its shopping malls! In Orelle there are activities offered at the end of the afternoon by the tourist office, and in the evening you will have the pleasure of finding yourself in peace at home around a fondue, a raclette, a tart or diots (recipes in the house booklet)!
In Orelle: tourist office, ESF, ski rental, bar, mini-market, spa with treatments, swimming pool, synthetic ice rink in winter. Electric mountain bike rental in summer, tennis, climbing school, hikes ... Many activities offered by the tourist office.
Large areas for food (at no extra cost related to tourism), sport and others at 8km.

In winter downhill skiing in Orelle / Val Thorens / 3 Vallées (Les Ménuires, Méribel and Courchevel) by direct cable car 3 km from the house. Several other stations within 20 km (Valloire / Valménier, Val Fréjus, Les Karellis, Aussois, La Norma ...). But that's not all ... La Maurienne is also the kingdom of ski touring, Nordic skiing and snowshoeing with ease: guides, guides or monitors can take you off the beaten track if you want support .
In summer, indulge yourself with countless possibilities for hikes or walks in the Vanoise National Park (important flora and fauna, accessible even for children) and in all the massifs of the Maurienne valley.
