The villa is located close to the Eden Roc Cape and a short drive from the town of Antibes with its daily markets and medieval walled town. It commands the views of the first floor and the roof terrace, on clear days stretching all the way to Italy. The architect-designed villa is newly built in 2017 and is tastefully furnished with high quality modern furnishing, fixtures and fittings. It is equipped with all the latest comforts: heated swimming pool, air-conditioning throughout the house, high speed Internet and intruder alarm.
Ground floor: the ground floor is an open-living area, complete with a fully-equipped, high-end (Gaggenau, Miele, Liebherr) contemporary open-plan kitchen and dining area that can accommodate 8-10 guests. The double-height ceiling and windows in the open-plan living and dining room ensure that the living areas are flooded with natural light at all times of day. The kitchen and study area overlooks the garden and the swimming pool, with a guest shower room / WC located on the ground floor as well.
First floor: the staircase from the ground floor leads to a mezzanine area. On the first floor is the master bedroom with bathroom and separate shower, dressing area, and balcony with a full sea view. There is a second master bedroom with ensuite bath and shower room. A third double bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The fourth bedroom is a child's bedroom with two full-size bunk beds and its own shower room. From the mezzanine, a staircase leads up to the roof terrace.
Roof: the roof terrace has full sea views stretching from Italy to Garoupe beach. There is a kitchen with sink, a dish washer and fridge, a perfect aperitif, and a lounge area complete with sofas and sun loungers.
Lower ground floor: There is a TV room / games room located on the lower ground floor. The large fifth bedroom is located on the lower ground floor, with a king size bed and additional single bed, and en-suite shower room. There is also a laundry room complete with washing machine and dryer on the lower ground floor, as well as another guest toilet.
Garden: the house and the pool are surrounded by beautiful mature gardens. The swimming pool (9. 5mx4m) is heated and has a pool cover, to make the garden safe for little ones. There is also a hot water outdoor shower. There is a dining table for 12 (320cm x 110cm), a relaxing lounge area, sun loungers, barbecue weber gas, and a retractable sunshade for hot summer days. The parking at the front of the property is 3 cars, and there is additional street parking in front of the house.
