The house is located facing the sea in a holiday residence and near the village of Piriac de mer (500 m). You can leave the car in the parking space included with the house and do everything on foot. The terrace is located at the back of the house, there is a awning and a garden furniture. The terrace has a direct view of the sea and access to the customs road and the coast (20 m) with no road to cross. the coast is made up of small cliffs and beaches.
