Positive: The beds are comfortable, and the heating and hot water are excellent. The apartment was clean overall, although we found one pan with some leftover eggs. The location is excellent, you can ski almost to the entrance (if there is enough snow). There is restaurant in the ground floor (haven't tried it), and a grocery store 2 min away. We booked a 4 person apartment for 2 people, which is something like a standard in France. 4 person apartment has 2 beds, and you can extend the couch in the kitchen area, which would be inconvenient for 4 people. There is a public garage just across the street for the price of 18 EUR/day.

Negative: Sleeping alcove is something like a wide part of the hall with beds, so you cannot ventilate and bread some fresh air over night. It would be nice to have the beds ready for the guests, and at least one change of towels during 7-day stay (or double the towels). There is a ski room, but no place to dry ski boots. This is not a problem of the residence, but culture and hygiene in the sauna space is very poor, people are sitting in the saunas without towels (maybe there should be some clear instructions on the entrance to the sauna or personal that would periodically warn people about the sauna rules)
