Summary: I wish i had a apartment with a little bit of sun exposure.. No sun at all on the terrace. Didn't really enjoy the full potential of the outdoor terrace. And couldn't dry any close on the terrace ( no sun) Fyi: the washing machine is not in the apartment. 5euro to wash and 3 euro to dry
