Positive: Location was convenient for ski in ski out.

Negative: We were very disappointed with our stay at this apartment in Val Thorens. While the location is convenient, the overall experience was far below expectations, especially given the price we paid for the week. First, we were informed last minute that we would need to clean the entire apartment ourselves upon departure or hire an agency to do so, which was not made clear beforehand. This is an unreasonable request, especially after paying such a high price. The apartment itself had several issues. The shower head was not connected to the wall, which made showering inconvenient and frustrating. Additionally, we had to pay extra for bed linen and towels, something we feel should be included in the rental cost. The key collection and drop-off process was extremely inconvenient. We had to pick up and return the keys, along with the linen, in the middle of the night at a separate location far from the apartment. This was particularly unpleasant in bad weather conditions, and it added unnecessary stress to our arrival and departure. For the amount we paid, we expected a much better standard of service and amenities. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this apartment to others.
