Summary: Nice location. Near beach. House well equipped. We arrived late due to ferry/journey, so property manager not available- fair enough - but Vrbo didn't send house number with address which caused a problem, then once in we found a dirty coffee cup in the sink, the fridge freezer had been turned off and absolutely stank, defrosted food in the freezer and water all over the floor so we were cleaning and mopping. Not a great start. Also BBQ didn't work, either no gas or ignition faulty.
