Positive: easy to find, easy to get keys, owner very supportive also with luggage storage on sunday. apartment very clean, beds are comfortable. position is great close to metro station and some restaurants, shops.

Negative: it is very small, washbasin super small, with faucet damaged, also beds are noisy. you can also hear metro passing , but not too noisy.
