Positive: look no further, this is true 5 star hotel, the staff I willing to do any think to make your stay pleasant, the location is exceptional the lake in both side of the hotel, have a coffee in the morning while facing the lake is worth all the money, each room have a balcony, and do not worry they have think of every thing; the balcony have glass so the wind will not bother you, close the grocery less then 5 min walk, easy entrance and exit to the highway and Lugano is 10 min drive
