Come discover the beautiful city of Annecy, its emerald lake and mountains. Our semi-detached house of 140m2 is located in a very quiet residence on the heights of Annecy-le-Vieux (not to be confused with the historic center of Annecy). It is surrounded by a pretty flower garden and organic vegetable garden. You can use the five bicycles at your disposal to discover our city or to go around Lake Annecy, a beautiful cycling route of about 40km.
The house is bright and functional with all the necessary equipment for a great holiday. The modern kitchen is open to a living / dining room equipped with a table that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. A large bay window opens onto the terrace equipped with an electric blind.
There are 2 levels in the house: The ground floor has been completely renovated in 2015, there is the kitchen, a large living / dining room, a large bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with bath, a toilet independent and a foosball room.
Upstairs is accessed by a beautiful wooden spiral staircase that can be closed at the top by a protective barrier for young children. There are 3 attic rooms each with a double bed, a shower room and toilet that was redone in 2018.
A garage can store bicycles and various sports equipment, as well as gardening and DIY equipment (but there is no place for a car. There is room to park two cars in front of the house and several free places just in front of the house).
Finally, in addition to the table football in the house, a trampoline and a ping-pong table are at your disposal in the garden.
A young cat, Moka, lives in the house. She is a little shy but once she gets to know, she becomes very playful and endearing.
2 cars can park in front of the garage entrance and additional parking spaces are available across the street if needed.
A bike path passes near the house and can reach the lake in 15 minutes (count a little more for the return, the house is on a hill ...).
Buses 2 and 4 pass in the street in front of the residence and allow to reach the lake and the center of Annecy in a few minutes. The bus stop is 100 meters from the house.
If you prefer the fresh air of the mountain, plenty of possibilities are available to you in 30 to 45 minutes by car, from the family walk to the mountain hikes.
A 5min walk from the house is a nice wooded park with a fitness trail of 2.3km.
A 10min walk are shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, library ...). Several shopping centers are 10min drive away for larger races.
