Positive: Location and views were excellent. Alberto was easy to coordinate with and very accommodating. The terrace was lovely with lake views

Negative: Very loud. Many children running along the hallway at night and in the morning. Could hear all the other guests.

Summary: Lovely accommodations in a perfect area with very pleasant staff. Has everything you may need for a comfortable stay
