Bright villa completely renovated by an architect in 2017 located in the Vallons du Ferret. 300m from the Arcachon bay, less than 10 minutes by bike from the ocean (Garonne beach supervised in summer with surf school), you can alternate between the grass beach and its fishing village at 5 minutes on foot, or reach the ocean on foot or by bike through the forest.
Shops are less than a kilometer away. The Piraillan market is easily accessible by bicycle or the Cap-Ferret market by car 10 minutes away.
The house consists of a large living room on the ground floor: open kitchen, bar, large dining table, TV corner. Two terraces (south and west) for sunny aperitifs, shaded meals and a beautiful enclosed landscaped garden (1100m2) with a bowling alley.
