Summary: We were greeted by the next door neighbour who deputises for Mme De Lamothe if she is away temporarily. She gave us a very thorough tour of the property and explained how everything worked. The property is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. When we tried it the pool was at the perfect temperature and the beds were very comfortable. There was no problem having the dog there and she enjoyed her walks near the property. The outstanding feature of the gite were the 2 bathrooms which were magnificent, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We had a wonderful time and it was a pleasure to meet and chat with Mme De Lamoth. The nearby town of Ancenis is 10 mins away and boasts a brand new Leclerc supermarket chock full of delicious food. Do not forget to get some carrots as treats for the donkeys and ponies in the field next to the gite. We can't wait to go back.
