- A first room serving as a lounge equipped with comfortable sofas (but not convertible), a large screen TV, a CD player, and a dining area.
- An independent fitted kitchen:
Washing machine, Oven / spit, Microwave, 4-burner INDUCTION hotplates, Fridge / freezer, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee machine.
- The bedroom offers a 140 cm "French-style" double bed and a TV and DVD player. Large closet with mirror.
- Bathroom with bath / shower, dryer and scale.
Separate WC.
Internet by Wifi in the apartment and on the terrace.
* By ecological choice, there is no air conditioning, but THREE powerful oscillating fans on feet. *
- The terrace is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, two armchairs for aperitifs and one-on-one dinners, and 2 deckchairs (this material must not leave the terrace because it is not provided for the beach).
It is an apartment "crossing" without vis-à-vis, very airy, bright and sunny (double glazing), overlooking the roofs of Nice. All shops, amenities and means of transport in the immediate vicinity (Taxis, Bus, Tram, Bicycles for rent). You can go to dinner, go shopping and have a drink on the Promenade des Anglais or the Old Town, on foot.
- Non-smoking apartment - Due to various allergies: animals not accepted.
Some tenants prefer to use their own linens (various allergies).
This (sheets, towels, tea towels) will only be provided on request: € 15 per person.

As I currently reside in the North of France (Lille), a friend will welcome you.
It is Mrs. Simone MILLE whose telephone number will be communicated to you after your registration. Additional information will be sent to you by email upon your final registration.
I recommend that you notify this person by SMS
(on WHATSAPP), about 1 hour before your supposed arrival at the apartment, because SIMONE does not live on site.
ARRIVAL: Handing over of the keys: 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Possibility to leave your luggage on the terrace if the apartment is not yet available (cleaning) before 3 p.m. Arrange an appointment with SIMONE.
DEPARTURE: 10am imperatively. Possibility to leave your luggage on the terrace after agreement from SIMONE.
For non-standard arrivals and departures:
