In the outbuildings of the La Bouère Salée property, our gîte "Le Fruitier" has been restored and fitted out with respect for the architecture of our region. Wood and tuffeau stone retain the charm and warmth of 19th century residences.
On the ground floor of this typically Angevin longère, on a surface of 75m², "Le Fruitier" is composed of a large living-dining room, a fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas cooker, electric oven , microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and small appliances required), a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90x190) and a single room on the half-floor (90x190 bed), a bathroom with large shower and separate WC.
The tufa walls, the white stone of the region, keep the freshness in the summer. The wood combined with the stone, and the sought-after decoration give the whole building the original charm of our family homes.
The gîte opens onto a courtyard where cars can be parked. A second flowery courtyard furnished with a garden table, chairs and deckchairs opens onto the 6000m² park with flowers and trees where it is good to walk and recharge your batteries. Barbecue, parasol ... are at your disposal.
Children are welcome. They will enjoy the swings around the park. Cot and high chair are loaned to you on request.
