Negative: The apartment was nice and Nuria is a lovely person but she didn’t inform us quite thoroughly. We accidentally booked for 3 adults and forgot to include our two-year-old in the reservation. During check-in, Nuria was with us and filled our documents but she didn’t mention the mistake we made although she saw our child and filled a form for him too. Only after we checked out we realized that there was a 30€ deduction from our deposit. We messaged her about it but she left us on read. The deposit was €300, which is quite a high amount, and having a deduction without any prior notice or clear explanation was disappointing.
