Summary: We (parents, two kids 7, 8 and two adults) stayed here the first two weeks of august and had a wonderful time. The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and one bedroom with a shower downstairs. The rooms are bigger then they look on the pictures. The kitchen was very well equipped and we used the gas-bbq, which did need to be cleaned first, three times and it worked really well. You can plug-in a USB stick in the tv to watch movies and there is also a good stereo where u can plug in your phone or USB. Our children loved the garden, the big trampoline and the swing. We had lots of tabletennis tournaments, we have really improved our skills. There were two bikes that we could use, so we cycled to Talloires to get our bread from the local bakery, only a 5 min. cycle along the beautiful lakeside. The house is located on a quiet road, across the main road is the lake, < 5 min walk. There is a patch of grass and some trees where you can lay in the sun/shade and go in to the lake, that was perfect. We went almost every day for a swim in the lake. There is a trail to the Angon waterfall that starts 20 meters from the house and it's a very nice hike. It is wise to go early, because it is a very popular hiking trail, so it can be really crowded. We had a lovely stay here and would recommend it to everybody who needs a nice home at the lake of Annecy. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the cleanliness of the house. It could have used some extra brushing, wiping and dusting. But that would not stop us from going back a second time. Many thanks to the owners for the warm welcome, the good communication and flexibility on the arrival time.
