South-facing house, completely renovated in 2019 located on the ski route from the Hohneck station (about 6 km) about 2 km from the city center.
Nice view on the Montains. Large space to park 6 cars. Balcony, covered terrace, 6 ares plot around the house
About 1.0 km from the shuttle access car park for the Hohneck ski resort + possibility of access to the shuttles on foot in front of "gournand'art" to the slopes (250m) and to the cyclists' chalet for the return (200m )
Nearby: - "gourmand'art" store (sale of cheeses, cold meats, bread, local products and drinks: beer, wine, fruit juice etc ...),
- about 500 m away, a playful “air bowl” set: tree climbing, zip lines, children's trampoline in the trees, etc. and a ski equipment rental area (10% discount).
Nearby: many activities (: ice rink, swimming pool, goat farm, lamas farm, reindeer farm, widoogliss etc ...)

• an adult "birch" bedroom with a 140 bed: 140x200x21
