Positive: On the positive side, the location is convenient—about a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute walk from the Christmas markets.

Negative: However, despite the good location, the cleanliness and overall comfort did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again unless the cleaning and management are improved. I was disappointed with my stay at this property. Although the late 4 pm check-in was explained as necessary for cleaning, the place was not properly cleaned when we arrived. There were spider webs and spiders in several corners of the apartment, and the bed sheets had stains on them. When I contacted the host, she told me where the clean sheets were kept and suggested I change them myself, which I found unprofessional. She said she would come the next morning to clean. While some of the spider webs I had photographed were removed, others that I hadn’t shown her were still there, and the stained bed sheets were never changed. Also, the bed is not comfy at all.

Summary: Great location, the cleanliness and overall comfort did not meet expectations.
