## Logement
My apartment is spacious, bright and perfectly suited for a tourist stay. It has a breathtaking view of the mountains. It is composed of two parts, the first one is an apartment for 6 people, with a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two twin beds (a very comfortable mattress topper allows to get a double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed; the second part is a studio for 2 people, composed of a living space with a folding bed, a kitchenette, and an independent shower room.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, microwave, oven, iron, raclette machine (individual raclette sets with candle), fondue picks.
A professional cleaning is done before the arrival of the travelers.
We are very attached to this apartment that we have taken the time to renovate over several years. You will be welcomed by Julie, in charge of the management of the apartment, who will be at your disposal during your stay. Do not hesitate to share your ideas and remarks with her to improve in any way the reception of future travelers.
The apartment is located 5 minutes by car from the cable car to the Prorel summit and the Rocher Blanc ridge. You will be able to take full advantage of winter activities such as skiing, ice falls, snowshoeing... The first ski lifts are located a few minutes away by car. A real sportsman's paradise, you will also be spoiled in summer by hiking, mountaineering, via ferrata, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, paragliding...
The Grande Boucle shopping center is 4 minutes away by car, as well as the Grand Boucle pharmacy. The Casino Circus of Briançon is 6 minutes away.
You can also visit the Parc de la Schappe (10 minutes by car), the Vauban Fortress of Briançon with the Fort du Château and the Pont d'Asfeld (6 minutes). You can also spend a day at the Grimp In Forest amusement park (10 minutes by car).
Finally, you can relax after a day of hiking or skiing at the thermal baths "Les grands bains" located in Monnetier-Les-bains (15 minutes by car).
