Our house is ideally placed: glued to the Douhet channel, separated by a walking path, it is 100 m from the Douhet marina and its beautiful beaches (Face Fort Boyard) Parking for more than 4 cars, land of 3000 m², 8 x 4 meter swimming pool (unheated) and small pool adjoining the swimming pool
Restaurants and entertainment nearby 5 mins walk (no noise) and the first shops are accessible by bike (bakery, press, butcher, grocery store) as well as the market present every day in high season.
The forest is just in front of the house, and access to its many walking and cycling routes are 100 m away.
