Positive: Very close to Nice Airport, and easy to locate thanks to description video from host. Parking directly in front. Great view and terrace, very comfy. Great dinner prepared (and catered to my food allergies), very friendly and helpful host.

Negative: Up the hill, so I recommend coming by car
