Positive: So, the best thing about this apartment is the price you pay considering how crazy the prices may be at Los Cristianos. The apartment complex is huge and has a big swimming pool in the middle of it. I did not use the pool however I did see that it was properly maintained and cleaned every day. The location of the apartment is close to many convenience stores and a 15 min drive to Los Cristianos. It is also close to a big parking area and a pádel facility. If you are looking for a calm city then you are in luck as there are plenty of sideways to walk around.

Negative: The walls are not that sound proof as I would've liked. I could hear the neighbours talking. Furthermore, the half fridge does make quite a lot of noise for such a relatively small appliance. Bathroom is outdated and you should consider that the shower water temperature is mild, will not get completely hot. Before the check out I was asked to throw out the bin and wash the dishes. This should not be a thing to be ask for, if a visitor washes the dishes because of their good will then that should be it, however it should not be expected nor required in advance.
