Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to the train station and the English Promenade. The hotel itself is very charming, with interesting and creative room designs. The room was clean, housekeeping was done every day, and the staff at the reception were true professionals — always helpful and friendly. I truly felt at home during my stay. Thank you so much to the entire team for the warm welcome and great service. I would be happy to stay here again!
