Summary: This is unquestionably a property which ticks all my boxes. On the third floor of a block of apartments. The communal areas are clean and well kept. The apartment itself is one to wish for in one’s dreams ! Well equipped and clean. The balconies are perfect (for me). Sun in the morning and the evening with shade in the midst of the day. Good sea views and perfect for an evening aperitif and after dinner a nightcap ! Beach is about 4-5 mins walk and is amazing. Would recommend a pre dinner swim if you don’t spend the day on the beach. The most upmarket SuperU is just down the road and a patisserie for the breakfast treat. Loads of restaurants nearby to suit every taste. The closest had food (meat and fish) cooked on charcoal every night with an amazing wine carte - quality wine and enjoyable food / right on the beach with a memorable sunset. There are better places up the beach (turn right and walk about 800m) where the menu is on a blackboard but the waiters understand wine so that you get what you ask for (go for dry white with mineral terrain - much better than the rose - OK 50 Euro a bottle, but next week we won’t be in Corsica !) I can’t recommend this apartment and location enough. It’s perfect
