Summary: This property has great potential but for the price point, more attention to detail is required. Better communication overall, professional maintenance for the exterior, gates, pool. The back garden should be fenced so you don't have to look at an old trampoline and a forgotten patch of land when lying beside the pool and certainly not enough seating for ten guests.
