The neighborhood is superb. Just a few minutes' walk from Place Masséna, the beaches, the golden quarter old quarter, the Promenade des Anglais, the Castle, Nice Étoile, and the Promenade du Paillon with its gorgeous fountains & gardens. The cinemas, theaters, restaurants, bars, shops, markets, museums, and galleries are also within walking distance. The buses/train station for traveling along the Riviera, is a 7 min walk north on Jean Médecin ave, or one tram stop away. The tram is 30 minute to and from the airport.

Car parking in Nice:
Park at the Nice Étoile parking lot. There are daily and weekly rates. Take a ticket at the distributor upon entering, go directly to the office, pay for the number of days you need! This ticket allows you to come and go from the parking lot as you please.
