In the heart of the Island, in the calm of a residential park with trees and decorated with a secure pond of 2000 m2, chalet of 35 m2 + covered terrace of 18 m2, for 4 people maximum, on a private plot of 210 m2 with parking including:
--1 Main room with sitting area and fitted and equipped kitchen
--1 Bedroom with 140 bed + storage cupboard
--1 bedroom with two 80 cm beds + storage cupboard
--1 bathroom with shower, sink, electric towel dryer + WC
--Reversible climate control
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine + small appliances (toaster, kettle, etc.)
Living room side: TV + mini channel (with Iphone, Ipod reading)
On the covered terrace, you have a sitting area + large table with 4 chairs
Outside: barbecue + 2 sun loungers
Also at your disposal: an ironing board + iron
For your leisure, you can enjoy a large heated swimming pool (a few meters from the house) and covered depending on the season, with a paddling pool for the little ones and a solarium.
The park also has a bowling alley, ping-pong tables, a multisports ground, a Wi-Fi zone and a bar-restaurant with takeaway meals.
The Residence is located 300 m from the covered market (open every day) and the town center, and 500 m from one of the department stores on the Island.
We also provide you with 2 adult bikes, so you can reach the beach by the cycle paths about 3-4 kms away.
The rental for one week is from Saturday 2 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m.
We ask you for a deposit of 350 € which will be returned to you (by post) after the inventory.
The reservation will be confirmed after receipt of a deposit of 50% of the rental amount, the balance being paid on the day of your arrival.
For a reservation of 15 consecutive days, we apply a 10% discount on the second week.
Optional and not included: - Cleaning fee: 40 €
--Bed linen supply: € 15 / bed (including pillowcase sheets + 1 large towel per person)
